Welcome to the waterside museum of Broadland life at the historic and picturesque Stalham Staithe. Discover the history of the Broads, its people, boats and wildlife. We are a family and dog friendly Norfolk attraction with trails and activities for all ages. Bring a picnic to enjoy by the river and make a day of it. Visit our shop for Broadland memorabilia and light refreshments. See our 2018 exhibition, Broadland During the First World War.

Please note: as an independent museum, we are NOT part of Norfolk Museums Service, and so cannot accept their annual pass.
Sun to Fri 10am to 4.30pm. Closed Sat. We are open until Sun 11 November.
Our steamboat, Falcon, is now on her winter break. She will run again in 2019.
